Production reliability, cost efficiency and modern control and networking options: These are the topics of the first joint trade fair appearance of the Pütz Group subsidiaries FAMIX GmbH (Pulheim) and RICO GmbH (Ellwangen).

FAMIX will present the Carbonator 8000. This plant combines degassing and carbonisation in one compact unit. The flow ratios are digitally controlled with high precision by a flow meter. Thanks to the patented FAMIX carbonation and mixing units, the production of sophisticated carbonated and non-carbonated beverages is possible.

RICO presents a new testing machine for measuring the opening and closing pressure on new swing stopper bottles. The testing machine is used for monitoring and quality assurance of the clips and is used before the bottles are filled. The pressure of the clip is tested to ensure that the bottles are sealed correctly and for a long time.
